Another great weekend for the photo albums!

A big thanks to everyone who joined us this past weekend, June 2nd-4th, for our Premiere Property Release Event!  We had a really wonderful time, and took the opportunity to see many of our friends and meet some new ones as well.  It is always a thrill to host an event here in the Cape Fear Region, and beautiful Historic Downtown Wilmington.

The Weekend marked an exciting event, as it was the official introduction and offering of our two newest Platinum Properties Communities, Cypress Bay and Spring Lake at Maritime Shores!  We have been talking about the communities for some time now, and it was a great joy to finally welcome the first neighbors to join these wonderful communities.  We would like to thank everyone who attended, and for those who were unable to attend, we hope you will join us for one of our upcoming events, to be announced very soon!

As is tradition, everyone met on Friday evening at Water Street Restaurant, on the riverfront in Historic Downtown Wilmington.  Over heavy hors d’oeuvres, we were able to sit down and introduce ourselves and have some great conversations with friends new and old.  After a brief welcome from our President and CEO Sean Scanlon, some of us stayed well into the evening having great conversations.

Saturday morning we all gathered at the Platinum Properties Hospitality Center for a Platinum Continental Breakfast, and then set off to explore our wonderful communities.  Unfortunately, the weather was not entirely cooperative, and the helicopter tours had to be postponed.  After a few showers, the sun pushed the clouds away, and we carried on with showing everyone around.  Most of the group joined us for river tours aboard the Platinum Properties Hospitality Yacht.  Also, despite the early rain, we did offer waterfront tours of Cypress Bay at Maritime Shores aboard a light skiff.

For lunch, we all met back at the Platinum Properties Hospitality Center for a BBQ lunch with fried chicken and freshly-caught seafood.  Following lunch, community discovery tours continued throughout the afternoon.  With no formal plans for Saturday evening, everyone went their separate ways to experience all that Wilmington and the Cape Fear Region has to offer.  Some of our friends stuck around for more fun on Sunday, while others had to travel home.  We hope everyone will be able to join us again soon for our next exciting Platinum Properties Event!
