Recently, Platinum Properties USA President and CEO Sean Scanlon welcomed a group of friends to Bluewater Grill at Wrightsville Beach for a Private Symposium, to introduce our communities and our staff, as well as share some personal experiences.  We had a much larger turnout than we had originally anticipated, and everyone enjoyed excellent food, wine, and great conversations.  We had the opportunity to meet a number of new faces, and to put faces with the names of those with whom we speak regularly.

Everyone met in a private banquet room, with breathtaking views of Banks Channel and the boats at Wrightsville Yacht Club, around 6:00pm.  After outstanding hors d’oeuvres of crab legs, jerk chicken and prime rib, we settled down to entertainment from the steel drum band.  Once everyone was situated, and as the sun slowly set on the horizon, Mr. Scanlon began with a slideshow to introduce himself, the company, and our communities.  In a wonderful presentation peppered with personal experiences, anecdotes, and helpful information, Mr. Scanlon helped to show our vision for the future.

The Symposium was a great success, with many coming away from the experience with a better understanding of our history and future goals as a company.  In addition to the food, entertainment, and presentation, attendees also had the opportunity to take advantage of special purchase incentives during Saturday Property Tours.  Overall, it was a wonderful time to meet many new friends and share with them the work that we do “From the Mountains to the Coast,” and all around the Cape Fear Region.
