We would like to thank you all for joining us November 18-19th for our Platinum
Properties event to present Virginia Bay Waterfront Estates and Oak Creek and Maritime
Shores, two of Platinum Properties newest and most exciting communities.
For those of you who were unable to attend, we’re very sorry you couldn't’t make
it, and we look forward to meeting with you in the future.
 Friday night at The City Club brought a great opportunity
for us to all meet and socialize. We enjoyed meeting everyone, and dinner was
fantastic. While we had originally intended to show a presentation on our
various properties, we opted instead to spend more time talking and meeting with
everyone.
Saturday morning we got an early start with breakfast here at the
Platinum Properties office. After breakfast, some of us went in separate
directions to explore Virginia
Bay Waterfront Estates or Oak Creek at Maritime  Shores.
The morning weather was brisk, but we hope that everyone enjoyed the property
tours. The helicopter tour of beautiful Historic Downtown Wilmington was
exciting. Although most of us see the city on a regular basis, it is a special
treat to view it all from above, looking down on the Port City and seeing how it
has grown over nearly 200 years, yet still maintained elements from its rich
history.
 Another great
adventure was the tour of the Cape Fear River aboard the Platinum Properties
Hospitality Yacht. Welcomed by the beautiful Wilmington waterfront on one side,
and the Battleship USS North Carolina Museum on the other, we also got a glimpse
of the area’s thriving and continually growing port industry. This really is a
beautiful area, and to see it from different perspectives is always a special
time.
Before and after a delightful lunch, everyone was able to witness the beauty
of Virginia Bay Waterfront
Estates and Oak Creek at
Maritime Shores during the personal property tours. Many of you chose your
perfect homesite, and we look forward to welcoming you as our new neighbors.
It was a real treat to get to meet everyone, and we can’t wait for our next
opportunity to get together in the future. If you couldn't make it to the
