We would like to thank everyone for taking the time to come here to beautiful Southeast North Carolina and joining us for our Spring 2006 Customer Appreciation Weekend! Everyone had a great time, and we all enjoyed some great food, fun activities, and really wonderful people! This was also an opportunity for people to be the very first to visit and learn about Spring Lake and Cypress Bay, two of our newest Platinum Properties! For those who couldn’t make it, we hope you will join us next time. Here is just a taste of what you missed.
 Everyone gathered Friday evening at Water Street Restaurant in Historic Downtown Wilmington. The weather was perfect, and many chose to have a casual dinner on the patio, just across the street from the Cape Fear River. After meeting and greeting everyone, we were able to enjoy the early evening activities of St. Patrick’s Day, complete with an Irish band in traditional kilts!
 Saturday morning started early, and a bit cooler than we had expected. Platinum Continental breakfast was served from our Event Tent on the Platinum Properties Hospitality Grounds, but due to the cooler temperatures and light wind, many of us wisely chose to dine inside the Hospitality Office. Despite the early cool temperatures, the weather was beautiful and sunny, perfect for the Helicopter tours of Wilmington and our communities, which continued throughout the day. The scenic boat tours along the Cape Fear River gave many people an opportunity to see beautiful Historic Downtown Wilmington and experience the Cape Fear Region. And of course, our Property Consultants were busy all day helping customers tour and select their perfect homesites.
 For lunch on Saturday, we again joined at the tent on the Hospitality Grounds and had a great meal with Southern BBQ, fried chicken, traditional “fixins,” and fresh tuna and grouper caught Thursday just off the coast! Reminding us all of the coastal atmosphere, we enjoyed the music of Jimmy Buffett throughout the day.
 We had no scheduled activities Saturday evening, giving everyone the opportunity to venture out and explore Wilmington and the Cape Fear Region to witness all that this wonderful area has to offer. Many of us gathered again on Sunday for another opportunity to tour the communities and select their perfect homesite.
Our Customer Appreciation Weekend was a big success, and we were delighted to get to meet a lot of people and see a number of new faces. We are also very excited to have welcomed many new Platinum Properties Community Members! If you were unable to attend, there are still a handful of homesites remaining in our communities, so don’t hesitate!
